American Model Morgan Horse Association Nationals 2007

This is our classlist for the 2007 AMMHA Nationals. You must have shown in at least three monthly Point Only Shows (POS) to be eligible to enter this National show. A list of eligible participants will be posted in mid-September, it will be those who fulfill the above requirement.

Championships and Point Scale for Nationals

Winner of each class is considered a National Champion.

World Championships will be named as follows:

a. World Champion/Reserve Stallion (classes 1 thru 4, first and second placers only)
b. World Champion/Reserve Mare (classes 5 thru 8, first and second placers only)
c. World Champion/Reserve Gelding (classes 9 thru 12, first and second placers only)
d..World Champion/Reserve Foal (class 13 thru 16, first and second placers only)

Halter Champion and Reserves are decided by a "judge off". First and second placers in each class are judged together with the winner named Champion in that divison and the second choice is named Reserve Champion for that divison)

Color Division is judged on COLOR only, conformation is *not* considered. Only the quality and realism of color is used as judging criteria. Color Champion and Reserve are decided by a "judge off". First and second placers in each class are judged together with the winner named Champion in that divison and the second choice is named Reserve Champion for that divison)

Each Performance division will award it's own Champion/reserve via points earned in that division. Points are awarded using the scale below.

Point scale used: 1st - 10, 2nd - 9, 3rd - 8, 4th - 7, 5th - 6, 6th - 5, 7th - 4, 8th - 3, 9th - 2, 10th - 1, HM - 1/2.
