There is no limit to the number of photos you can enter in the train, and if you wish to add or remove horses from your string during the year, simply send the information and/or photos to the judge for that month. If you wish any photos to be returned, please be sure to send a SASE with appropriate postage. Please make sure to send a SASE with appropriate postage so your horses can be returned to you at the end of the show season.

Judges will send email results to all entrants, so be sure to mark your photo backs with your email address. Monthly Point Only Show (POS) championships will be named as follows:

a. Champion/Reserve Stallion (classes 1 thru 4, first and second placers only)
b. Champion/Reserve Mare (classes 5 thru 8, first and second placers only)
c. Champion/Reserve Gelding (classes 9 thru 12, first and second placers only)
d..Champion/Reserve Foal (class 13 thru 16, first and second placers only)

Halter Champion and Reserves are decided by a "judge off" method. First and second placers in each class are judged together with the winner named Champion in that divison and the second choice is named Reserve Champion for that divison). Suitability classes are judged on if the horse looks suited for the job chosen for him/her. Finish classes are judged on rairity, condition, desirability, and overall quality of the piece. At this point in time, Custom Glazed chinas will show with the OF chinas in their classes. Color Division is judged on COLOR only, conformation is *not* considered. Only the quality and realism of color is used as judging criteria. Color Champion and Reserve are decided by a "judge off" method. First and second placers in each class are judged together with the winner named Champion in that division and the second choice is named Reserve Champion for that division).

Each Performance division will award it's own Champion/reserve. It is judges choice whether they want to award championships based on points, or based on judge off.

These are only guidelines, and judges may tailor them somewhat to suit their own judging style.
Point scale used: 1st - 10, 2nd - 9, 3rd - 8, 4th - 7, 5th - 6, 6th - 5, 7th - 4, 8th - 3, 9th - 2, 10th - 1, HM - ½
Point Only Year End Awards are decided by using points ONLY from Point Only Shows. Year End High Point will be named in each class using the above classlist. Benefit shows do not count towards Point Only Year End Awards, due to different classlists and problems with point tabulation that would cause. However, since Nationals uses the exact same classlist and is for members only, they are also used for YearEnd High Point awards and will be double pointed for this show only.
