A treasured part of Rainbow Dreams Stables' heritage, Gypsy is a lovely 1988 grey Standard Donkey jenny whose remarkable pedigree preserves generations of historical modelbred donkey bloodlines. Bred by October Moon Acres in Illinois, she is a daughter of Gin Rummy, a 1975 brown jack bred by Lazy Diamond Ranch, and Gypsy Fair, a 1976 grey jenny bred by Double Hart Ranch. Her ancestry features such established names as Wind Valley Rex, Wind Valley Jackpot, and Holly's Spring Song, with family lines reaching back through decades of carefully documented model horse breeding history. Gypsy has made her own contribution to that legacy as a broodmare, producing the 1991 palomino mule molly Molly McButter and the 1992 dark grey donkey jenny Checkers, while also being offered to fellow IPABRA breeders for many years.
