Accomplishments: Forest City enjoyed a respectable racing career in the Express from 2006 through 2010, compiling a record of 24 starts with 3 wins, 6 seconds, 4 thirds, and earnings of $24,520. His highlights included a lifetime mark of 3,1:57.2f and a memorable victory at Renwick Park on March 20, 2008, when he established a new track record for aged trotting horses. Although he did not earn black type and therefore does not qualify for a place among our racing stallions, his combination of proven durability, competitive speed, and deep trotting pedigree should make him an outstanding sire for performance and pleasure Standardbreds. With quality bloodlines on both sides and a demonstrated willingness to compete, he offers the kind of athleticism and temperament sought by breeders of versatile driving horses.
