Accomplishments: Vamouse ran in the Model Racing Forum realistic racing group, now known as the FRTA, from 2001 through 2004, ages two through five. He compiled a race record of 14 (2-1-1-6) $35,850, winning an 8f turf maiden and an 11f turf handicap in International Racing. A durable and willing runner, his race record ultimately fell short of the standard required for our racing stallion roster, but his pedigree ensured he remained an intriguing prospect for the breeding shed. Assigned a show body in 2026, Vamouse is beginning a new career in both live and photo showing, where his elegant grey coloring and classic Thoroughbred type should serve him well. As a sire, he offers a distinctive blend of proven international bloodlines, combining the influence of Fauves, Siberian Express, Caro, Herbager, Be My Guest, and Northern Dancer. His pedigree brings together stamina, turf aptitude, soundness, and generations of high-class European and American racing influences, making him a valuable outcross for a wide variety of Thoroughbred breeding programs.
